Calling all stroller parents! It’s hard to get a workout in with the kiddos around but not with this stroller class for you and your mini me. Take the time for you and your health with the kiddos! We will incorporate the stroller to strengthen your muscles and heart in this half hour Stroller Workout. The instructor is a certified strength and conditioning coach with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Mommy of two! We will meet by the covered bridge at Lenape Park.
