Accepting applications from farmers, food and craft vendors for the 2017 season of the award-winning Perkasie Farmers Market. Full season and part season signups are available. 

Market is 9am-12pm Saturday mornings from 6/3 thru 10/28, a 22 week season. Setup is 8-9. This is a rain or shine market.

Vendors must supply own scales, bags, tables, shade structures, weights and other items needed to display products and serve customers. 

Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance, naming Perkasie Borough as certificate holder, evidencing comprehensive general liability insurance coverage. Please email insurance certificate to Linda Reid at events@perkasieborough.org or fax to 215-257-6875.

First round applications are due by February 10th, 2017 and approvals will be completed by February 14th, 2017. Please be prompt with your application. A second round of invitations will be sent on February 15th to interested vendors.

When you apply using this system, you will add your name to a WAITLIST. Please follow the process system all the way through to the INVOICE screen even though no payment is due at this time. 

Please be aware that space is limited and we may need to deny applications to ensure sufficient market variety.


Important 2017 dates:
February 10th - Deadline for receipt of vendor application
February 14th - Vendor approval
May 12th - Vendor Meeting
May 26th - Deadline for receipt of fees, and Certificates of Insurance
June 3rd - Opening Day is conditional on documents, fees and insurance being current.
